Harassment of any kind to any member in the group, including members, visitors and moderators, will result in warnings or blacklisting. If you feel you are being harassed, please contact the group via note and the matter will be dealt with by a moderator. Harassment includes:

• Badgering, pestering, or harassing others to obtain a goulong
• Badgering, pestering or harassing others for any reason, including those unrelated to goulongs
• Attempting to scam other users for a goulong
• Racist/sexist/homophobic/transphobic/ableist or otherwise offensive comments of any kind
• Overtly and unwarranted sexual comments or submissions

General submissions such as illustrations (featured folder), pixels, and journals will all be automatically accepted. If they are in the wrong folder, a moderator will either move the submission for you or remove and contact you about the submission. Please be sure to always abide by the submission rules, multiple failures to do so may result in a warning.

Content and Conduct

• Submissions must in some way shape or form be related to goulongs. If you are unsure, please message the group via note.
• Submissions related to goulongs that are overtly sexual in nature will not be allowed in the group. All submissions should be PG.
• Please continue to abide by the rules of DeviantArt.com. This includes rules against tracing, copying or re-uploading art that does not belong to you.
• Submissions should always follow the rules outlined in Behaviour and Social Conduct section of these rules. This include offensive caricatures, stereotypes or jokes, personal harassment of others or submissions made to guilt or pester others.

Folder Rules and Guidelines

• Please attempt to submit to the correct folder. Mistakes will be corrected by moderators and removals will be followed up with a note from a moderator to discuss why it was removed.
• Any illustration, artwork or submission that does not seem to fit into any other folder can be submitted to the featured folder. This includes transparent .pngs, sketches/sketch pages, finished commissions, or otherwise. Please make sure to read the description on all the folders to find the correct folder. If you are still unsure, please contact the group via note.
• Journal submissions must include a goulong in some way shape or form. Journals do not need to be strictly for trading or selling.
• ARPG submissions will need to abide by the Prompt and Quest Rules(coming soon).
